About & editorial policy

Almanac30 is a web directory built on the principle that an index should read like a field log: clear, factual, and free of promotional noise. The project began as an attempt to produce a structured record of the open web — not a curated highlights reel, but a methodical sweep across twenty-two sectors, logging each outpost encountered and moving on. The result is a directory of 843 approved entries spanning everything from industrial manufacturers and legal practices to travel operators and companion-animal services. Every entry in Almanac30 has been submitted by its owner or discovered during the survey, then reviewed against basic standards of completeness and legitimacy before being added to the log. The record is updated continuously as new submissions arrive and new outposts are charted. Almanac30 does not sell listings, accept sponsorships, or apply any ranking other than the order in which entries appear within each chapter. The directory is free to browse and free to submit to. What you see in the log is what was found — nothing more, nothing less. If you operate a website and would like it included in the record, use the submission form. If your site is already listed and the details need correcting, reach the team through the same channel. The log stays accurate only because the people behind the outposts keep it that way.
